The diversity of trees and crops on our farm offers a wide range of fresh seasonal products.

Citrus fruits in the winter, olives and guavas in autumn, vegetables and legumes in spring, apricots and peaches during the summer. Part of this produce is sold on the local market directly and part is preserved and packaged using only traditional methods in order to enjoy the original tastes throughout the year. The raw materials used are of the highest quality – products of Natural Farming – and if not produced on the farm we procure only organic ingredients for our products.
